Hi,
I am trying to create the flow with approval actions using SP Online (Office 365 License : Office 365 GCC G3) - but i am getting the below error while saving the flow.
"Failed to create the Common Data Service database in this environment with status code 'ViralServicePlanRequired'.
Can anyone give me some idea whether this error is with our O365 subscription Or am i missing something?
Pls let me know!!
Thanks in advaance..
Regards
Vishnu
The Approval Actions use the CDS database to store the status of the approvals while they are running. So you must have a CDS database in your environment in order to use Approvals. The problem is that prior to this spring CDS was at version 1. Earlier this year databases were all upgraded to version 2, but some didn't upgrade cleanly. This is the error you get if you build a new environment and choose not to do a CDS database, or more likely have an existing environment where the database didn't get upgraded correctly. I had that problem in March and had to open a support ticket to get it resolved.
Thanks for your quick reply. As per my understanding do i need to raise the ticket to Microsoft?
If yes what should i mention in the ticket description..Pls let me know.

Vishnu
Yes, I would raise it with Microsoft. I would include a couple things
IN addition to a bad Database it may also be a problem with GCC feature levels. I'm not sure what the status of CDS is in the government cloud.
Ok fine.. Thanks for raising the ticket. So the issue is not related to our current subscription right?
Pls confirm , so that we can wait until the issue is fixed.
Thanks
Vishnu
Sorry I didn't mean to imply that I would raise the ticked for you. You need to raise the ticket yourself or it won't be associated with your tenant. I was just trying to be explicit about what information I would suggest including in the ticket.
Oh ok..let me raise the ticket. Thanks for your reply..
Regards
Vishnu
