Flow in Power Automate updating additional columns in Sharepoint Library that are not supposed to be updated with flow

Hi All,

I have setup a flow that is basically to request an approval when a file is selected in sharepoint library.

once the flow run finishes. it updates two additional columns for document property with predefined metadata tags back to required fields even though update file properties action in flow is set to not update anything other then my approval status and approver name.

Am i doing anything wrong in the flow?
