Flow is supposed to send emails on multiple dates contained in a SharePoint list, but only sends one email.

I've created a flow that is supposed to send emails exactly 2 weeks after a specified date in my SharePoint list. I use a get items action with a filter query to get the correct items.

 

It worked when I first tested it, but suddenly it's only sending a single email even when there are two items on my list that match the filter criteria:

When I check the output of the Get Items action, I can see that it is returning both items that I want, but only one email is being sent.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I figured out the problem. Because I'm sending emails with options, the flow was sending one email and then hanging up until a response was received. Once the first recipient responded, it would send the second email, etc. 

I was able to fix it by turning on "concurrency control" in the settings of the Apply to Each action, which is turned off by default.

Hi @T_A_M,

 

When you look at a completed flow, open up the apply to each. You should now see how many times the apply to each has run.

If it has been run twice, you will see both times that it has run and whether or not it was successful. You can also then open up the email that should have been sent and the details of it.

 

If either of the emails were unsuccessful, you should see it or see who the email was sent to if it was

When I look at Apply to Each after a successful run, the actions contained within it are grayed out and won't show me any info:

Hi @T_A_M,

 

There is no data being pulled through from your get items on this run, try to find one where there is data obtained from your get items.

 

It's also worth screenshotting your full flow so that I can understand it a little better

None of the runs show any data being pulled through, even the ones that successfully submitted emails. Here's my complete flow:

Is the IncidentDate field a datetime by any chance?

No, it's date only:

I just tried the flow again after deleting the "Order by" criteria in the get items action. This time, the flow sent one of the two emails that it was supposed to. I had to cancel the flow because it was still running, but I was able to see this:
