Flow not loading converted to PDF file

So I created a flow with the follow steps:
1 when a file is created
2 extract archive to folder
3 apply to each - convert file And then create file.
I am using office 365 and OneDrive business
My issue is the created pdf isn’t viewable when I go to view it and I am not sure how to fix this error.

One of the common issues I see when doing this is forgetting to specify the .PDF file extension on the converted file.  Without that you can't display it.
