We're an Organization of 4. All 4 are the owners of the following Flow.
Trigger: When a mail is received in outlook mailbox, with a specified "string" in it's subject, to one of the members in my organization.
Action: Should create a task in Planner and assign task to "the person who received the mail"
---------------------------------------------------------------
This works perfectly alright when I receive the mail in my outlook mailbox (task is created and assigned to me), but when the members in my organization receive the mail, nothing happens (flow does not run, no task created).
Is there some privacy or security settings I'm missing? Everyone has access to planner and outlook.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi @kapardhi,
Are you using the trigger when an email arrives in a Shared mailbox? Then you send a separate email to the specific member according to the subject and create a task on Planner?
I have made the following flow for testing. When an email arrives in the shared mailbox, flow will send out an email to the specific person according to the subject, then create a task on Planner.
However, the task could be only created on my Planner account because I am the owner of the flow.
Please check the following screenshot for a reference:

Thank you @v-yamao-msft for the reply, It helped.
Also, I tried to use a group (Collection of 4 email ID's in my Organization) instead of a single person's email in the "TO" field which failed too, but because I don't have admin right for that. I'm gonna try to implement it with updated access and try again.
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards,
Kapardhi Chittella.
