Flow not triggered from Dynamics 365 Notes Entity -Getting: Input string was not in a correct format

I have created a flow that is supposed to watch for new Notes( annotations ) and then do something ( in this case connected to post Slack message for testing) but it errors.

I'm getting the following :

{
  "status": 500,
  "message": "Input string was not in a correct format.",
  "source": "dynamicscrmonlineconnectionprovider-westus.tip0-westus.p.azurewebsites.net",
  "debugInfo": "clientRequestId: 80e0f207-f6ea-4a9f-b9db-0965bb95efad"
}

I have no trouble with this flow if I have it watch Accounts, or Opportunities, or Contacts in this Dynamics Org.

Please Assist ?

Re: Flow not triggered from Dynamics 365 Notes Entity -Getting: Input string was not in a correct fo

Hi @asmusz,

Would you please share a screenshot of the flow configuration?

I think the error message should be within the Slack message post action.

Please verify the message format, make sure it meets the format requirements.

My testing with the whe na new record is added for the Notes entity works with no errors.

Follow the article below to format the Messge:

Hi Michael,  Thanks for your response!

It's actually erroring on the 1st step (the trigger), not the Slack Step:

Here is the config which is very basic:
