Flow sending emails goes into permanent 'Test running' mode

Hi All,

 

Have an issue with the flow where it seems to be only working ok 1st time i run it every day , from 2nd run it goes into constant running mode and it does not sent emails out. I have to cancel the run.

 

The email collects some data via SQL query ,formats it into data table and sent out to the array of recipient.

 

I have re-set concurrency control on for array of recipients emails in activity 'For each' but no improvement.

It almost looks like i am limited to send more that 1 set of email on any given day. 

 

Does anyone know if that could be the case and if I can upgrade my license or something?

Hi,

 

Looking at this I don't see any reason as to why it should be hanging like this. Based on how you have described the issue it does sound like you are hitting some kind of limit but it wouldn't make sense to stop working after only one email and I don't know enough about this flow and how its suppose to work to know for certain. I would suggest to open a ticket with Microsoft Support on this. I'll include a link below. If any other communities users have any ideas feel free to chime in.

Hi Alex,

 

Thank you for your email.

 

Apologies if I wasn't clear on my previous post - the flow is not failing after sending 1st email only, the flow runs correctly 1st time only - but it sends the whole lot of emails as required.

It starts failing when I run it/test it the second time , then it goes into running mode.

 

Below is the ss of the last activity in the flow - maybe it will give you some more information to help identifying the issue (maybe I have done something obviously wrong):

I will raise a ticket anyway.

One more thing to add - the problems seems to be only happening when i use email V.3 and not V.2
