Flow that is triggered when an item is modified

I was trying to implement the get changes for an item or a file action seen in the picture below but this requires the list be versioning enabled. I don't want to enable this because I don't want to have to approve each item that is created. Is there a different approach that I can take for when an item is modified or perhaps a way that will not require my approval every time an item is created?

Enabling versioning doesn't require approvals.  But unless you are storing previous versions after an edit there is no data for the system to compare against to figure out which columns have changed.  Having versioning enabled is required for this to work.  Requiring approvals is not.
