Flow that returns Notes field from Item in SharePoint List is truncating site address

I created a flow that emails the assignee of a new item on a SharePoint list whenever one is created. In the email I want to include the contents of the Notes field ("Comentarios" in Spanish) of that item, which may include hyperlinks to resources found on the SharePoint site.

Strangely, even though these links that are found inside the Notes field were created using the complete site address (as in: ""), the Note field returned by the Flow has all these links without the site address (only: ":w:/r/sites/etc..."). Also, the link is not even formatted as a link, but as text. However, if the hyperlink points to a regular website it works fine and is formatted as a link.

Does anyone know why this happens, or how to work around it?

If this is not the right forum for this, I'd appreciate it if you point me the right way.

So what type of column is 'Comentarios' field on your Sharepoint List data model? Is it an hyperlink, single line of text, multiple lines of text...? Rich text enabled, right?

Can you add a 'Compose' action block ('Redactar' in Spanish) assigning as its internal value 'Comentarios' field, reexecute the flow and share its content in this same thread?
