Flow to Send Email Summary (HTML Table) of Files Created or Modified in the Past 7 Days, That are Saved on a Sharepoint Site

I cannot get the below flow to return the files that were created or modified in the past 7 days. the flow runs and sends the email, but the data returned is ONLY the folders that contain the files that have been created/modified.

I do not need or care to see any new or modified folders, only need the output HTM table to contain the actual file name, creator and a link to that file.

Hi @STLMDV

Thanks for the screen share. Extend your Filter to check IsFolder is false. IsFolder property available from Get Files (Properties Only) action.

Thanks

Hi

Can't see your Select action step mapping. Are you mapping the Body from the previous step.

Add an IsFolder mapping and see what it returns.

Thanks

That was it...updated Flow to map body from previous step. That said the final output is still not my desired result. the HTML table out put includes ONLY the Sharepoint folders that were updated.

When I add filter, IsFolder does not equal True, the output is blank.

For some reason the data the flow is pulling is not "going deep enough" the folder tree to get to just the files?

Flow is pulling Folders only, not FilesFlow is pulling Folders only, not Files
