Flow to always have a .csv clone version of a list in sharepoint

I have this list in sharepoint where users modifies it by adding/removing items through power apps. I want to have a .csv version of this list in my local network so Power B.I can safely access it.

I've built a flow that detects when item is created or modified -> creates .csv table -> creates file in onedrive so I use power automate desktop to move it to the intranet.

The only thing missing was that when an item was deleted it wouldn't detect, and I had to create a copy of this same flow changing the trigger from "item created or modified" to "item deleted".

It's not supposed to be an issue but I have like 20 lists to do the same thing and it's going to get clunky with so many flows.

I've been searching for a trigger that wold always work whenever ANYTHING changes inside a list, so it could always sync the .csv with 1 flow per list, but no success.

Anyone knows a better solution? Thanks in advance!

Hello @ianfr_ ,

I think that's the only solution to keep a real-time .csv backup of a SharePoint list. You'll need two flows with two triggers, one for item create/update and one for item deleted.

The only other solution I can think of is a scheduled flow that would run e.g. every 30 minutes and create the .csv backup on regular basis, that way it could be a single flow that would export all those 20 lists during the run.
