Flow to change an email on a distro group

Hi Community,

I'm new to Power Automate and Flows.  I have a SharePoint list with email addresses.  When an email address is added or changed I need to be able to take the new address and update an Azure AD group.  Ex: 1@something.com is changed in the list to 2@something.com I need to take the new entry and update the email address in the distribution group.

I have no idea how this can be done.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello @tmccullars

What you need to do is add the SharePoint trigger for Items being created or modified.

Than use Office 365 groups to add them into the AAD group. Use the drop down and find the group. (The connection you use must be an owner of the group for this to work)

if your group does not show up, and you are an owner. You can try using the Azure AD connector instead of Office 365 groups.

For UPN pass in the email address.

Here is the Azure AD connector:

you can also pass in the Group ID directly into the action for group Id.
