I've created a flow in which users will register themselves for training slots which are generated by a training team.
My current flow is working as expected: User will submit the Microsoft Form, the form data will be parsed and sent for a 1st level approval to a set of users. once it is approved, the same data will be sent off for a 2nd level approval to a different set of users. Once the 2nd level approval is done, it will send a confirmation back to the original user that submitted the form letting them know it was approved, and all of the data will be added into a sharepoint list.
I am now being asked to integrate Staffhub into the flow so that when a timeslot is booked by a user, it will go into their calendar. They want to be able to create these events in staff hub based on the answers in the Form.
Is this do-able?
Hi @DarrenE ,
Do you want to create an event in staffhub via MS Flow?
The actions currently supported by MS Flow do not have the feature to create events in staffhub.
Please refer to Online doc for more information on staffhub connector:
Also if you want features the feature like creating event in staffhub supported by MS Flow, you could post this idea in Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
hi @v-bacao-msft ,
I may not have explained it properly.
The training staff creates their schedules in staffhub. Users submit a registration request using microsoft forms. What i want ideally is to be able to allow a user to select an event from the form based on the event in staffhub. from looking around, i cannot see how that is possible so i was trying to think of a way around that using a flow.
Im wondering if the flow can pull the schedules from staffhub, send them to a user, and then allow the user to click/select one of them and return the information back as a variable which i will then enter into the sharepoint list with all the other information collected via the form.
