Flow to convert MS Forms response in to PDF

Hi all.

Looking to create a flow that will take MS Forms completed and turn each response in to an individual PDF which will be named based on the first question on the form (what is your name?).

Secondary school teacher here, so please no suggestions of paid apps like Plumsail. I know there is a slower way of doing it - view responses, print response, print as PDF. However, was wondering if anyone could suggest a flow which would generate these automatically.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @AKnight1988 ,

One way to achieve is to have word document template created in Sharepoint and use it when you have response available. There is action populate a  Microsoft word template which you can use and pass the parameters for your word template.

Use Create a file action to create word file in Sharepoint and then once you do that use convert Word document to PDF action under the word connector.
