Flow to create item in sharepoint from form submission - ERROR 400 The specified user could not be found

Hi All,

I have a flow to create an item in a sharepoint list when a form is submitted. It was working until yesterday and now whenever I submit the form I get the following error: Bad Gateway. Error 400

The specified user  could not be found.\r\nclientRequestId: 72f17edd-bc14-470a-87ab-492aee67da7f\r\nserviceRequestId: 72f17edd-bc14-470a-87ab-492aee67da7f"

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Can you give a few more details on the form and what the column types and update items for Facilitators?  How are you setting the Facilitators field in the Update item action?  Are you setting a person field?

Hello @ashley_mel ,

I'd take a look on the 'Facilitator(s)' field on the form, in my opinion the problem is that the 'Facilitator(s)' input is an array with 2 objects, but only the 1st one has an email address. In the second object the 'Claims' key doesn't have any value.

That's also what the error message says: ..user[space][space]could... There shouldn't be 2 spaces, it should be [space]username[space] if there was any value for the user.

Bad Gateway. Error 400
The specified user could not be found.\r\nclientRequestId:
