Flow to download Zip File (that contains a .csv file) and upload it to specific location in One Drive.

Hi Everyone!

I am new to power BI and power automate and I am needing your help!

I need to create a flow to automate the following steps:

1º - Download this file from -

- Unzip the file to have a non ziped fCSV

- Upload it to a shared onedrive for bussines folder, that I am not the "owner"

Is that possible? I would need it to run once per day, since the exchange rates from that file exists till the day before today (14 March).

After that, I need it to put power BI "eating" from that location in One Drive for bussiness and manipulate the data to know the total amount of sales in euro, dollar, etc.

FYI that you may also be able to unzip the file in your Power BI query too, but you can do it in your Flow as well.  There is a template for a similar scenario below.  You can upload the emailed zip file to OneDrive and use an Extract File from Archive (assuming you have permission to upload files even though you are not the owner).

On the example you state, it doesnt show how to download the file from the web. Howerver it was very usefull to another similiar flow I have to build, that after downloading and unziping the files, i need to delete a few of them with specific conditions. That conditional on the midle "containing" zip will also enable the flow do delete a that files containing "SalesRpt" or "Stock".

My question know is how to donwload a file from a website (, as a seller/retailer), have the option to select all of the files, and then dowload them to a specified folder location.

Flow needs

1 - Login at

2- Insert the User and Password

3º  Choose all documents available and download them (the output is a zipped folder downloaded to "Downloads")

4- Unzip the folder

5- Copy this documents to a specific location in onedrive

6 - Delete the documents with strings " SalesRpt" or "Stock"

*Another options for point 6 is to only download documents without "SalesRpt" or "Stock", but I would say its more dificult, even though it's less heavy.

Anyone could try to help me on this, or at least, tell me it this is possible?
