Flow to extract text from email and create item

Hey all!

I have this problem and am VERY new to flows... so take it easy it on me.

I recieve a number of emails throughout the week which come from field agents for failed equipment. I need to extract specific information, but the length of the requests vary alot. I will paste an example, but basically, I need to get the highlighted cells for sure and then assign a due date (it will be by 4pm every day into a sharepoint item. I have seen posts that do some of what I need, but I have not been able to piece it all together. I can get the email and body, and create the right item type, but cannot figure out how to extract the info properly.

Your best bet would be to use a substring expression
