Flow to move a file to a folder in the same Library

I am trying to move a file to a folder in my library base on a calculated column that goes like this:

=IF([Active/Obsolete]="Obsolete","Obsolete",IF([PTSA Expiration Date]<=TODAY(),"Active - To be revised","Active"))

It is basically a calculated column that is based on a choice (Active or Obsolete) and on an expiration date. It works like a charm!

However, when I try to automate the move function when the status becomes obsolete, I receive an error:

"status": 400,
"message": "Failed to verify the existence of source object at '' due to error 'The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)'.\r\nclientRequestId: 9c8c0165-2a2b-4ec0-a828-44474a2ef559\r\nserviceRequestId: 9c8c0165-2a2b-4ec0-a828-44474a2ef559"

Here is my flow at the moment:

Thanks for your help!
