Flow to run from any SharePoint library

We have multiple Group sites for projects. The same business processes are applied to all projects and documents in the project site libraries (e.g. Approvals, Review, Archiving, etc.). We created typical flows for all business processes but each flow can be only used in one library. So it is very desirable to run typical flows from any library without having to re-create exactly same flow for every single library, manually, every time the new project is started. Thanks.

Re: Flow to run from any SharePoint library

Hi @YSK,

Do you want to choose SharePoint libraries within your flow dynamically?

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently, choosing SharePoint libraries dynamically are not supported in Microsoft Flow.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

Best regards,

Kris
