Flow to see who in on call this coming weekend from Teams Shifts calendar?

Good afternoon. I'm hoping that someone might be able to advise / help.

I have a Teams Shifts calendar. Every weekend, just one member of staff has to provide on-call support, and this is listed in the Shifts calendar as "On Call" against the member of staff for both Saturday and Sunday.

Every Friday, I would like a flow to run that queries the Shifts calendar for the next Saturday and Sunday, will extract the name of the person who is on call for those days, and will then send an email:-

"<name> will be providing the on-call service for Saturday <date> and Sunday <date> <month> <year>, and can be contacted on <telephone>"

Now <telephone> is stored in AD against that user so I don't know if that can be looked up also? If not, can the flow branch off depending on <name> - i.e. if Joe, branch off to send email template1, if Tracy, branch off to send email template2 etc...?

Hello @christopherpm

You could do something like this:

shifts.png

1) Each Friday at 0h (UTC)

2) Get the Shifts from Saturday (0h) to Monday(0h) using the formula addDays

3) For each shift

4) Get the Shift Assigned User Id

5) Get the information of the User Id (phone number, name, etc.)

6) Send an email

Hope it helps!
