Flow to send email based on text response

Hi

I am doing a pastoral care flow to send an email when a list item has certain options selected.  When either 'Sad',Angry' or 'Anxious' is selected in the MS Form, it must trigger the workflow to send an email to predefined recipient. As per image below, there is an Expression result of 'false' for the Condition after submitting the form. A valid selection ('Sad') was made. Flow generates and email with none of the list items.

Thanks

Chris

You need to add inside switch on your Form value output then is equals to diferent Expression like Sad istead mp3 or Happy instead mp4.

I hope this can helps.

Re: Flow to send email based on text response

Hi @cseewald ,

If the type of the field is choice, please fill How are you feeling value in Condition to compare with option value.

Besides, please ensure that the option value fill in Condition is the same as the set in SharePoint list.

You could fill How are you feeling value in Compose to check its value.

Please try again.
