Flow to update form input to excel - send for approval - updated excel after approval - calculate in excel - mail approval status with excel calculation

Hi All
I am new to MS Flow and facing an issue with a flow that I have designed.
Here is what I am doing.
  1. A form gets filled
  2. Email confirmation is sent to the person filling the form
  3. The same is recorded to an excel file no 1
  4. Approval process is initiated
  5. Based on result of Approval the next action takes place
    1. Reject
      1.   Excel file 1 is updated with rejected
      2.   Rejected email is sent to the person filling the form
    2. Approved
      1. New line item is added to excel file 2.
      2. Few fields in excel file 2 are calculated after addition of new line item. Desired output (CL) is a unique string that is calculated and stored in one of the columns.
      3. Excel file 1 is updated with approved. It should also get updated with CL but does not do that.
      4. New approved line item is updated to share point. CL number is mentioned in one of the columns but does not appear.
      5. Approval email is sent to the person filling the form.  CL number is mentioned in mail body but does not appear
Can you please guide me in how to get the calculated column , CL, appear steps highlighted in red.

You have mentioned the following actions:

  2. Few fields in excel file 2 are calculated after addition of new line item. Desired output (CL) is a unique string that is calculated and stored in one of the columns.

 

CL is calculated after adding the new line items. So my guess is you need to Get the rows again to get the desired CL for rest of the updates after step 2.

CL is calculated after adding the new line items. So my guess is you need to Get the rows again to get the desired CL for rest of the updates after step 2.
