Hi, i need this flow and i don't know, if it's even possible (probably yes)
1) secretary create or upload file to certain Folder on Shrepoint
2) get file content and start approval on teams (directly to boss)
3) he wants after or within approval add comments, center etc.
4) choose folder to move file after approval
Is there already any created flow of this type? I have absolutely no experience with PA, so i'll be glad for any advice.
Its the choose folder to move file to after approval that will be the problem. Power Automate doesn't have a user interface so there really isn't a way to prompt the user to choose where to move the file to after its approved.
If you mean use a Form to submit the file, then yes that will work as long as you choose the folder where you want it to end up when the form is first submitted. You still won't be able to have the approver choose where the file should be submitted.
well, at last i figured it out (somehow), but with using "email with options". After creating file in SP library, email with options (multiple users are set as options) is send to boss. He chooses one and on this basis, file is moved to another folder and approval proces is started. After approval is send another email to previously choosed user with attached file.
