I have 18 flows set up for various supervisors and managers as part of purchasing and invoice sign off all tied in with Adobe Sign. Each of these flows is geared around a particular persons folder in Sydney or Vancouver.
The problem is when an agreement is completed all the flows trigger as the Scope if really all encompassing for a group or for a specific named agreement, the later wont work as the agreement names change all the time.
Now when we are seeing multiple PO or invoices triggering a flow across the day and then the error rate amplified 18+fold, the flows are being suspended at quite a rate which then has management at me about the flow not working.
I am not sure how to fix this. The process as a whole works well and there are requests for more flows to be put in place but I am just going to have this mass failure rate each time.
Alternatively is there a way to stop flow just turning off flows when they fail while I try and figure this out?
Have you tried using a Switch step to say IF the document is an application THEN send the document down this path, and IF the document is an invoice THEN send it down this other path in your flow?
Should be able to add a Terminate step. Delete it when you no longer need it.
