Flows that were working in the past does not show up in the list to add to a solution

I have flows which are running for more than an year. We wanted to add it to a Solution to take advantage of the Environment Variables for SharePoint Lists. But the flows I am referring are variables and SQL Server based Stored procedures. We changed the trigger to manual from PowerApps. They are still not showing up to be added to solution.

First, make sure you are trying to add it form the Outside Dataverse tab.  But you'll also need to change the trigger to a Recurrence trigger.  In my experience manually triggered flows can't be added to a solution whether they are a Power Apps or a Flow Button manual trigger.  Once you've added it you can change the trigger back.
