ForEach has built an array of 8500 items , but the next DoUntil action is never reached.. any advice?

I have the following 2 action; ForEach to build a list of 8500 items + then a DoUntil:-





but for more than 1/2 hour the DoUntil is not been reached as follow:-




any advice?

Probably has something to do with the looping limits.
