If all you need to do is capture data that is in the form you can simply use the MS Forms trigger When a new response is submitted, and then store the value of the email addresses in a variable!
However, I'd be concerned that someone might miskey their email address. You might want to investigate how you'd handle a situation where the person does not exist in your list and also did not type in a valid email address.
