I am not sure that this can be done but thought I would give it a try. I am building a form that will create a ticket request for our IT department. The user will fill out the form and when they hit submit the form will then forward the request to our help desk email. The email will include the answers from the form. The issue that I am running into is that the request always originates from my email since I was the one that created the form. Is there anyway for me change this in Flows to whoever fills out the form?
I had a similar question from someone else earlier this morning. The only way to generate the mail from a different mailbox when the flow is running in the creator's context is if the creator has "Send As" permission to the other mailbox. That's not really practical in your description because there would be too many mailboxes. But here's an alternative. Instead of using Microsoft Forms as the front end, use Power Apps. Then invoke the flow from the Power App. In that case the flow will run in the context of the user who is filling out the Power App, so the email will come from their mailbox instead of the original creator.
