Form w/ multiple selections -> planner task checklist

Been trying to get a flow working where data from a form is pulled into Planner Tasks. The challenge came with our "software"  section, where users can request multiple items. I attempted to make an array which would create individual checklist items in the task, but for whatever reason, i'm seeing an "Key with path checklist.id under $ is not found." error on my "update task details" step.

The raw inputs look correct to me, but i'm obviously missing something

I think that the checklist ID must be unique for each checklist item. Try using the guid() expression instead of the number 8.

Unfortunately not it. but it looks like i accidently deleted the increment number increase step when i was troubleshooting and forgot to put it back. Same result, I'm afraid
