Hello,
For some reason my condition for a forms response is not working?
I've tried contains and it still fails, I've tried putting it's not equal to, and I've even used a compose to block the answer and still that doesn't work either?
Does anyone know why this isn't working?
Thanks,
Henry

Hi @Ahammad_Riyaz & @MarconettiMarco ,
I played around with contains, starts with, and use single words instead of double (e.g. executive consultant and used just executive instead). And this seems to have worked.
Appreciate all the help.
Regards,
Henry
Hello @DynamicsHS ,
please try to include Executive Consultant in single quotes. A second option should be to add the Output value in the Condition instead of Job Title.
Please let me know

Marco
Hi MarconettiMarco,
I tried the single quote and I used the output in the condition instead of the job title and it is still not working.

Henry

Hi @MarconettiMarco & @Ahammad_Riyaz,
The output shows executive consultant which is the correct output.
However, this is still giving me a false outcome.

Hi,
Instead of Job title can u hardcode and check it will be working or not one done pass the output of compose and check it once.
Still facing means in expression trim the job title and check.

Hi @DynamicsHS ,
please in the Condition value put the Compose outputs instead of the Job Title variable.

Hi @MarconettiMarco ,
I gave this a shot and it is still failing.
I created a new form and new automation and the condition is still failing with job title and using the compose output.

Henry
Hi @MarconettiMarco ,
see below:
I have also tried : equal to, contain and start with and all fail. It also fails for the other job titles like Manager or Senior manager.

Henry
Hi @DynamicsHS ,
I've tested it and works:
Maybe there are some additional spaces in your value?
BR,
Marco
Hardcode means instead of job title pass the executive consultant.
