From Teams to SMS or Email

I need the flow where any message I receive on Teams will be forwarded to me on SMS(preferably) or Email. Thank you in advance.

Is it not feasible for you to use Teams App on mobile? For SMS, you can try to design flow like below... You can use any SMS connectors... they are premium but. Other option is to use Send Email V2.

Ok I think I realized that you are talking about generic Teams Message and not a specific channel... So this action wont work...

You should set following setting within teams... While you are using Teams App, you don't need notifications since you are already active. When you are not active, following setting will ensure that you get email ...
