From email, save excel attachment in SP, get info from inside table and update SP or excel

Hi,

I'm trying to update a sharepoint list (or an excel file) with information from table/named cell in excel file attachment, following a template, send by email.

However, as my excel file doesn't exist, I struggle with the way to tell power automate which cell or table to search (as power automate can't find table/named cell in excel file that doesn't exist yet).

Flow like I see it :

an email arrive with specific information + attachment

Create an item in Sp with the attachment

Get the information from the excel file (I thought with "List Row present in table")

Update the Sharepoint item properties and/or another excel file (perhaps thrice as I have 2 named cell and 1 table)

I tried to separate it in several flow, with a second flow running only every hour and getting the file created on last hour (but couldn't even find how to filter on those files, even less get the element)

Is there a way to force Power automate to search for my named cell/table ?

I thought I could perhaps find my answer here, but I'm afraid I didn't understand enough > Perhaps it's in the combination Get attachment content / List rows present in table ? How exactly does it work ?

I thought the solution could be here : Solved: Power automate to read uploaded excel documents in......

PS : New to this forum, How to add image ?

Ok, I finally managed to solve this :

I created another flow from my file already in Sharepoint

I hovered on the element of my table I needed

I wrote it down

I corrected it for my other flow ( the step name were different)

Finally got this >

items('Apply_to_each')?['Query']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Response']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Status (5)']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Reference (4)']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Date (13)']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Tenderer Name']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Tender Query Form No (12)']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Item No']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Invitation to Tender (14)']
items('Apply_to_each')?['Discipline']

I added it as expression ( it was giving me only my code as text if I indicated it like this)

it's working

It will surely feel easy step for most here , but I struggled with the expression (noob)

Now I'll create a new subject for the fllowing step with planner 😉
