I am triggering a flow when a new email is arrived in a Shared mailbox and creating a planner task accordingly. I would like to generate a hyperlink to the email which triggered the flow and add it as a reference to the planner task.
I have followed below wonderful article for Outlook personal mailbox and it worked like a charm but the same solution for Shared Mailbox isn't working. Can someone please help with the solution?

Hi @RameshMukka
Thank you very much for reply.
According to your further queries, they all focus on ‘update task details’.
1.Can you show me your uriComponent Formula?
Yes, here is the details for my ‘update task details’ action.
In ‘reference resource’ area, I input as below(you could refer the article you found before):
The whole expression in reference resource area is:
It comes from my email URL. That’s how I get this resource link:
Open O365 mailbox on the web and select any of your emails.
Then I realize there is a fixed format for each email. In my case, the text between ‘id/’ and ‘%3D’ is the uri of this message.
2.Are you open email from planner without problem?
Yes, I can open with no problem. I tested on it many times.
Thanks
Anna
Hi @RameshMukka
Thank you very much for posting.
Accordingly to your description, you would like to create tasks based on received email in mailbox. It works fine for user mailbox but it failed with a shared mailbox.
Actually, I tried two types of mailbox and it works with no problem.
Here is my flow:
My tasks are created successfully.
Please kindly check and reply me if any confusion.
Hope the content above may help you.
Thanks

Help!! I am having this same problem. I followed the directions posted in the solution and everything is working except the hyperlink to the email only links to the inbox, not the actual email. I want the hyperlink to go to the email instead of the inbox. I originally used the article that the first poster used and was able to do this with an individual mailbox, but as the first poster mentioned, it didn't work for a shared mailbox.
I followed the instructions here and everything is working beautifully except it does not link to the actual email, only the inbox. Please help?!?!?
Flow below, and my reference resource link:
