Generate list of tasks in planner by assigned to

Hi All,

I want to create a summary email sent every morning of all the outstanding tasks in a planner. I am using the following as base and have got it working well.

https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/df5797658f954281b54bad8bf9cc8246/cr...

I need this to create a summary by who the task is assigned to and this is then sent to the user. For example User1 will only receive a summary email with tasks that User1 is assigned to in planner.

This seems like a problem that has come up before but I'm struggling to find resources of where to start.

If anyone has seen a thread on this before or has an idea of how this problem should be approached, all responses would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Killian

Hello @Killianlambert

You could do the following:

1) Get the members of the group / planner.

2) Get all the Planner tasks.

3) For each group member.

       4) Filter (get) the planner tasks of that member, and add them to an array variable.

       5) Create an HTML table using the array variable.

       6) Send the HTML table to the user by email.

       7) Empty the array variable.

The first part of the flow (1 to 3) would be:grdo.png

The step 4 would be:

grdo2.png

Finally, you would create an HTML table using the array:

Hope it helps!
