Get Emails from Shared Mailbox

I would like to export a mail from a shared mailbox and save it in a sharepoint list.

 

I can get all the data like subject, body,... from the mail but not the mail itself.

This is likely improper syntax. If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you.

Just wanted to check how you are using the ID. 

 

Also, crosscheck if both the email actions are from the same set : (Office 365 Outlook)

First please make sure that the Dynamic content populated in Message Id field is the one it expect.

Also check if the email used to configure the connection of Export email (V2) action is included in specified shared mailbox.

Please consider re-creating the connection for this action using the member's email address.

Hi @v-bacao-msft,

The Dynamic content needed for Export email (V2) is the messade Id of the mail I recieved. If I try the conversation ID it gives the error that it needs a message ID.

The connector for the Export email (V2) has Full Acces on the shared mailbox.

I also recreated the connection. The issue is the same.

 

I also see that the time on the error is:

and my local time on my PC is 22:11 or 10:11 PM (correct time)

The mail was recieved in the mailbox on

The strange thing also is that the flow worked this morning and in the afternoon I changed it and suddenly it stoppeds working. I lost the logs with the succeeded runs because I exported and imported the Flow.
