Get ID from Project to Planner ID assignee

I am trying to fit the ID from the assigned person in Project to the appropriate user or assignee in Planner.

I'm built flows, one for copying all existing task in Project Online into Planner, the other for taking all newly created tasks in Project Online into Planner.

Thanks to @v-yuazh-msft I was able to get the propper dates out of Project into Planner.

Still do have problems though when no start- and/or end date is filled out.

And I'm trying now to add the assigned user as well to those tasks.

I see that I get the ID in the listed tasks in Project.

But have no idea how to match them with the assigned user in Planner.

When I build it with 2 "Get User Profiles" - it just puts the second profile in all created tasks in Planner... Instead of checking who is assigned.

I'm missing an option like "get ID from Project Task and place it as ID for Planner Task".

So far that "build-around" did not help me with getting the propper assigned user.

Anyone any experience with that? Still pretty new and only get to know JSON.

Re: Get ID from Project to Planner ID assignee

Hi @SchwerzmannC,

Do you want to create a task in Planner to the same assigned user in Project?

From Project trigger and action, it seems that there is no available dynamic content can be used in to get the assigned user.

I have seen a similar request on Flow Ideas Forum, please vote and comment the idea at here:

Hi Mabel,

Thank you for your answer.

It's just a little bit frustrating seeing the data, but not being able to work with it..
