Get Microsoft Forms URL

How can I return the URL of a Form I am using in a Flow?  I want to include the Form URL as a Planner Task attachment so the guy approving the request can look at the filled in Form.

Re: Get Microsoft Forms URL

Hi @MrNigel,

Currently, there is no such function in Flow to directly obtain the MS Forms URL.

If you want to the feature that you mentioned to be supported in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

One way is that you could copy the link directly from Microsoft Forms and use it.

In addition, you coudl also get the URL indirectly through Flow. The main idea stems from the composition of Forms' Share Link. The first part of it is the same. The main difference is that the Form id is different.

You could use the action provided in Flow to get the corresponding Forms id, and then use the concat() function to stitch the address.

Formula reference:

concat('https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=',outputs('Compose_2'))
