Get Record not getting value of look up field

Dear all, 

i have a contact name lookup field, i'm using get record with CDS to get the value instead of the GUID as shown below. i want to get the value and include it in an approval, however, i'm still getting the GUID.

any suggestions?

Hi @khedir ,

Please try to change the entity to Contacts and fill lookup column id in item identifier field.
