Get Row (Excel) for time field returns float instead of time

I have an Excel Sheet in my SP Library that contains multiple rows. Each row features an employee and the table has the colums date, start time and end time.

Through the Get Row action im able to call those data relevant for me. However the values returned are integers for dates and float's for times.

Through the help of this forum i was already able to find a fix format for the date through the adddays expression. However when it come to the time values im clueless. I should say im on 24:00hrs and not 12AM 12PM in case that matters.

The value translates to roughly 0,0415 per hour after 00:00h and adds 0,0006875 per minute. I tried a mul action but on one hand it has rounding issues and secondly it does not return in the 24hrs,60min format properly. Translating to an actual time of: hh:mm seems rather hard to me anyone has a fix or exprience with this issue?
