Get Rows Filter ODATA - invalid column name

I have a flow that loops through a list and pulls data associated with each line to send each person on the list their own personal report. I must be doing something wrong with the ODATA filter query, how do I fix it?

Get Rows: CTL List

CTL USID | Name | Email

Apply to Each ->

Get Rows: FFCs by Coach & CTL

CTLUSID | Coach | Emp Name

Filter by Query: CTLUSID eq items('Send_an_email_to_each_CTL')?['CTL_x0020_USID']

Error on 2nd Get Rows:

Invalid column name 'US10040'

I believe that you need single quotes around your reference to CTL USID.
