Get SharePoint List items and then send ONE Email

Hi all,

Below, is what I'm trying to achieve with this flow. I want to be able to grab all the information and send just over email without sending multiple emails out.

Step 1:

Set a Reoccurance that will send the email out at 4PM CST everyday.

Step 2:

Grab the SharePoint list items.

Step 3:

Send out ONE email with a custom HTML template (The value 'apply to each' gets automatically applied and sends out multiple emails depending on the amount of list items)

Re: Get SharePoint List items and then send ONE Email

Hi @Semirxbih ,

Could you share a screenshot of the Send an email action configuration and details about "custom HTML template"?

If you don't want Apply to each to appear and only want to send a single email, you can't use any Dynamic content related to Get items action in Send an email action.

For example, specify the Email address in To field instead of configuring it via Dynamic content.

Or you can't populate Dynamic content related to Get items in Send email action when configuring custom HTML template.15.PNG

You need to do this in the previous step of Send an email action and fill the final result in Body.

Similar to the use of Create HTML table to create a table, and then directly configure the output in Body.16.PNG

Please provide a screenshot of the custom HTML template so that we would give further suggestions.
