Hi I have a library containing agreements between the company and an individual. The administrator submits a form with the details of the agreement and a workflow should be automatically activated that sends an email to the person concerned with an invitation to open the document and sign using the built in digital signature line in Word.
The Get Signature Flow templates available involve Adobe Sign. We are not licensed for this product. I am looking for a flow that utilises the OOTB Micrsoft office signature... just like the old Classic UI Sharepoint 2010 'Collect Signatures' workflow.
Any ideas on how to achieve this or should I revert to classic.
I have created a flow with Adobe sign. When a file is created in the library, an email will be sent to collect signatures using Adobe sin. It works fine.
I am not familiar with the old classic UI SharePoint 2010 Collect Signatures workflow, may you try to use Document word for your scenario, then when the approver received the file, he could use the Signature Line to sign the file.

Thanks you, I was not able to use Flow and Powerapps as there is no facilitiy to collect the standard Office signature. We are not licensed for Adobe Sign, so reverted to InfoPath. The pen input control in PowerApps is insufficient.
