Get a column value depending on the selected Parent folder in the sub folder

Hello,

Hope you're doing well!

Problem:

I would like check if the value of a field from a Parent folder "A1 or A2 or A3" existing in SharePoint is null or not, in case the user uploaded a file on SharePoint in a sub-folder "a2".

Expected result:

I except when a user uploads a file in the sub-folder of any of the Parent folders, I would get the value its specific field.

For a clearer explanation you can find my SharePoint List Below,

My Parent Library

Parent folder	Project Manager
A1	Jhon Doe
A2	Chris Jonson
A3	Charlotte Kambel

My Sub Library:  

Inputs
Commands
Tenants

And finally the library where the user uploads his file and the flow is triggered.
