Get all the files in onedrive folder as email attachemnt in outlook

Hi, I am looking for an option to attach all files in a specific onedrive folder to email and send that email.

Currently, i can send the email to onedrive file which is added. That is, after a trigger of creation of file in onedrive it sends email with attachment of only one file.

But I want to schedule the flow which runs every week and sends all the files as an attachment to one mail.

Re: Get all the files in onedrive folder as email attachemnt in outlook

Hi @gunjansa,

Do you want to attach all files in a specific OneDrive folder as attachment files of an Outlook email?

Sending all files of a specific OneDrive folder as an attachment to one Outlook email is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, the “Send an email” action of Office 365 Outlook connector only support sending an email with one attachment file, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

In addition, you could consider take a try to send an email for each file of specific OneDrive folder. I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:4.JPG

The flow works successfully as below:5.JPG

Best regards,

Kris

Re: Get all the files in onedrive folder as email attachemnt in outlook

Thanks Kris for the info and providing the workaround.

This wont help us currently, as that will flood the mailbox.

Also, we are able to send multiple attachment but only if we know it before hand (that is, for hard coded attachments).

We are unable to send the same dynamically using "apply to each" loop.

Will raise the feature request. Any idea for how to track whether feature request will be taken care of or not? And if yes, what would be the ETA.
