Get attachment upon clicking submit on Power Apps Portal

Hi everyone,

Please I need help with this.

The task: I have built a Power Apps Portal that allows users attach only CSV files. When users click the submit button I want a flow to run that gets the content of those file and checks if they meet the constraints eg. data types of an already existing SQL table.

If check is satisfied, update SQL table and display "Success" message to user on Portal, if not display "Unsuccessful" message (if possible with a guide as to what isn't mapping eg. column name).

Thanks
