Get attachments from child list

Hi everyone,

I hope someone could help me with this scenario for Flow.

I have two lists in Sharepoint (parent and child) as data source. These two lists are linked via Lookup column (ID). I am trying to create a flow that would be triggered by PowerApps button.

It should find items from child list with same ID (from parent list), create a table (html?) of them in email body and attach files that are attached to these items (in child list).

This email, containing table and attachments would be sent by email.

Any help on scheme, how to achieve it is appreciated.

Thank you in advance!

Hi @_O365_

You need SharePoint Get Items action step and filter by the parent id to retrieve all the items you want.

See this post how to create a html table

@abm , thanks for an answer.

Accepted solution a little bit too early.

Everything is clear with html table, but cannot figure out about  getting attachments from child list. Can You get more details on it?

Hi @_O365_

Here is my List A. See column ListB which is a lookup of another List called List B.

In order to get the List B details you need to get the List B id  and use Get item action step.
