Get data into a spreadsheet

I am trying to figure out how to read a csv or text file and add that info to a master excel spreadsheet?

 

I'm looking at the connectors but not seeing anything?

Hi Mattw112IG,

First, I want to know where do you store the file.

Here, I have made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.

The file I used came from SharePoint library.

The issue is you only can store the file content  in one cell.

If you want to store the text file (CSV)content in different cells  in Excel, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

There is a similar idea would like to get rows from a text file (CSV) submitted as link below:

Unfortunately I need it to be broken into columns.

 

The thing that is frustrating, is reading and parsing text seems to be such a basic basic thing that Flow should have had fromt he begining...

 

For me I can put the text into any format (Except Excel) txt, csv, xml, ...

 

Then my tableau team wants me to add the lines to a master excel spreadsheet for reporting.
