Get file content does not allow allow filename from a variable?

Hi,

I have a create file (works fine) followed by a get file (which files). The file I want to get is the file created by create file. The create filename comes from a variable and I'm trying to use the same variable inside get file content so I can get the file I just created and put in inside a Word doc.

Of course I would prefer not having to create and get the file at all but that seems to be the only way to get an image that inside an image field in CDS into power automate is by saving it first as the output of "download a file or image" doesn't look like can be converted to a image file type despite it coming from a image field....
