Get files does not return all files in the library

Hi,

I am working a report that will generate all the document inside a library. I succeeded creating the flow but I noticed that it does not return all the files in the library. I checked the item count in the site contents and it shows that I have 5147 files in my library but my report only gets 5047.

I already turned on the pagination setting on the get files action on my flow and I set the threshold to 100k but still returns the same file count. 

Please help.

Could you please share some more details about the flow? Specially Get files action part.

Also are these files contained in the same folder?

For now, you can give a try to List folder action, it returns files contained in a SharePoint folder.
Then compare the outputs of these 2 actions.

The files are stored in the library and they are not inside a folder.

The items in this library contains 5105 files. 

However, my get files action from my flow only returns 5047

Have you experienced this when using get files on your flows? Do you have any solution in mind?

I wouldn't trust the UI metrics on the library.  Double check that there are no folders in the library.  It also might be a problem with certain restricted file types.  But I don't really have an obvious solution to offer.
