Get files (properties only) more than 100 files

hi

I am trying to build a flow to add metadata to each file, folder and anything within any subfolder. What i need is file ID and folder path of the file. the get files properties only returns an error because the sharepoint folder contains almost 3000 files...

How can i manage to get all file ID's, folderpaths in an array?

The Pagination doesn't work for get files. 

Also the TopCount doesn't work.

In the settings of the step you should be able to set it to 5000 for example. See image below, its in Swedish but maybe you understand where im at. 🙂

I tried this and it returns the error:

"The attempted operation is prohibited because it exceeds the list view threshold"

I had to insert something in the Odata filter part. So i added a filter wich still picks up almost every file, and now it works.
